You've Done the Research. You're Still Not Sure What Actually Matters.
You've probably already changed your diet, started a supplement or two, maybe cut out alcohol. But most fertility advice is written for everyone, which means it's not really written for you. It doesn't tell you which of it actually matters for your biology — and which of it is just noise.
Optimise your biology. Prepare for conception.
Start With Your Biology, Not a Checklist
Fertility isn't the same problem for every person.
Biology to Baby starts by identifying which areas matter most for you — then builds a plan around those priorities, not everything at once.
WHAT WE LOOK AT:
Egg and sperm quality
Inflammation and immune health
Hormonal and metabolic balance
Gut and vaginal health
Environmental and lifestyle factors
What The Programme Looks Like
Four months gives your biology time to change
Four months gives us the time to understand your biology, put your personalised strategy into practice, see how you respond and refine your approach along the way.
Start with your biology
We begin with a 90-minute deep dive into your health, fertility history, lifestyle and existing test results. Together, we'll identify the factors most relevant to your fertility and establish your priorities.
Build a plan that's yours
Your nutrition and lifestyle strategy is built around those priorities, with regular 1:1 support to help you implement it, troubleshoot challenges and adapt it to your real life.
Keep evolving
As you progress, we'll use your symptoms, cycle, progress and relevant test results to assess how you're responding and adjust your strategy where needed.
Designed for individuals. Better for couples.
Fertility is a shared biological process, and male factors contribute to around 50% of fertility difficulties. The couples programme takes both partners into account, allowing us to address the biology of conception from both sides.

YOUR PRACTITIONER
Elly Ling
I specialise in one thing: helping women build the strongest possible foundations for conception through personalised, evidence-based nutrition. My own experience with IVF is what drove me to do this work; it showed me how much generic advice fails to account for what's actually happening in someone's body, and how much difference a truly individualised plan can make.
That's what you get with Biology to Baby: not another checklist, but a plan built specifically around your biology, guided by someone who can turn the science into a plan that's relevant to what's actually happening in your body.

Your biology. Your fertility journey. Your plan.
Is Biology to Baby Right For You?
This is for you if you're:
Trying to conceive naturally, or preparing to start trying
Navigating PCOS, unexplained infertility, or recurrent miscarriage
Preparing for IVF, ICSI or egg freezing
Doing "everything right" and still feeling like something's missing
You're proactive. You've read enough to know that generic advice isn't going to cut it. You're not looking for another supplement stack or a restrictive diet — you want someone to look at your biology specifically, make sense of it, and tell you what actually matters.

A Personal Note From Me
Investing in your health is a big decision, especially when you’ve already spent time, money and hope chasing answers elsewhere. If part of you is hesitant, that’s not a red flag. It’s a completely reasonable response to where you’ve been.
I’m not asking you to trust another stranger with a supplement list. I’m asking you to work with someone who understands what it feels like to be unsure of what will actually help, and tired of guessing. I built this programme because I wanted this kind of support to exist for me.
What I can offer you is clarity: a plan built around your biology, not someone else’s, and the support to see it through.
You don’t have to work this out alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know what I actually need to work on?
You don't have to figure that out yourself. That's my job.
I'll look at your health history, fertility journey, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle and relevant test results to build a picture of what's happening beneath the surface. From there, I'll identify the areas that are most likely to be affecting your fertility and prioritise what will make the greatest difference.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of what matters for your biology, what doesn't, and exactly where to focus your efforts.
Do I need to have fertility problems to work with you?
No. Biology to Baby is for those who want to optimise their health and fertility before trying to conceive, as well as those who have been trying for longer than expected or are preparing for fertility treatment.
The earlier we understand and address the factors that matter for you, the more opportunity you have to build strong foundations before conception.
Is Biology to Baby suitable if I'm preparing for IVF or other fertility treatment?
Absolutely. Nutrition and lifestyle can be used to support the health of both partners before treatment, alongside the care you're receiving from your fertility clinic.
If you're preparing for IVF, IUI, ICSI or egg freezing, we can focus the programme around your treatment timeline and the areas of your biology that are most relevant.
